Our Story
To the Finish Line (TFL, in Vietnamese: Về đích) is a not-for-profit program hosted by the Center for Education and Development (CED), a registered non-profit organization in Viet Nam. TFL originated from German Government-supported environmental initiatives (2021-2025), developed by GIZ in partnership with the apparel and footwear industry, and has since evolved into an independent organization.
Strategic Advisory Group (SAG)

SAG is in charge of: Reviewing and providing input on strategic plans; Evaluating TFL’s annual performance to ensure alignment with objectives; Supporting compliance with the statute; and Advising TFL’s leadership on partnerships, communications, and the resolution of strategic conflicts.
Technical Advisory Committees (TACs)
Each of our program is supported by its own Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). TACs provide expert voting, reviews, and guidance on programs’ technical aspects. With equal representation from brands, manufacturers, and service providers, TACs ensure balanced and inclusive decision-making for programs’ technical rigor, relevance, impact report development, and review of Financial Statements with the 4-Eyes Principle.
